- A credit is spent only when you both agree. Waiting for an answer never costs a credit. Credits you buy never expire; gift credits (assessment bonus, referral, subsidy) last 60 days and are spent first.
- 48-hour photo guarantee. If the real photos do not match the profile, report it within 48 hours: your credit returns and that profile must re-verify.
- An empty month is always explained. If the agent finds no recommendation, it tells you exactly why and what would be worth loosening.
